Waxing is the least expensive and an effective method for hair removal. It is a form of semi permanent hair removal which removes the hair with its roots and not just at the skin surface as with shaving. When done correctly, waxing pulls the hair at the point of the follicle, may destroy it permanently, and weaken the blood supply which will soften the hair and reduce the re-growth.
At Modern Medi Spa we pride ourselves in delivering a superior wax experience using the highest-quality of wax to achieve lasting and beautiful results. We have created an environment that is clean, professional and raises the bar on hygiene, sanitation and wax care. Our experienced Medical aestheticians use a unique quick waxing technique that is designed to be as virtually pain-free as possible and leaves your skin smoother and hair free longer.
The re-growth of the hair after waxing will be ready for removal in 3 to 6 weeks, although some people will start to see re-growth in only a week due to some of their hair being on a different growth cycle..
Almost any area of the body can be waxed, including eyebrows, face, pubic area (called Brazilian waxing), legs, arms, abdomen and feet.
