First time I ever went to Modern Medi Spa for Botox. Let me start by saying Thank You to the staff, these women are not only professional but made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in the doors to the time I left. I had no idea what to expect, and had many questions as I had never had Botox done prior, and the nurse made me feel comfortable, made suggestions that would suit my needs, explained everything that she was going to do and what results I should expect. End result…I absolutely love it! I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies. 💋

I can't say enough good things about Modern Medi Spa. Staff and nurses are very professional and welcoming, you really feel as though you are in the best hands. Not once have I left not absolutely loving my results (various treatments, botox, dysport). I will never go anywhere else - even if it means I have to drive across the city!

Could not have been happier with my experience and my results! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing, especially Brittany. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my sessions and was more than eager to answer my questions. I saw a significant amount of reduction that I am more than pleased with and though it is not completely painless, it was more than worth the results. I will definitely be coming back for other services. Overall amazing staff and facilities!

This spa is so clean and comfortable and the service is above and beyond. Their Morpheus8 gives amazing results and their nurses can definitely deliver the look you are after. If you are looking for a great spa with excellent results make sure you check them out.

Modern Medi Spa is amazing. I have received laser treatment at other well-known places in the Durham Region and never have I seen results like I have coming to Modern Medi. Jesse the owner is so lovely and she makes you feel so comfortable. Her and her team are very knowledgeable. They never try to oversell any of their services to you and like I said you GET RESULTS! To be specific I am Caribbean, I have darker skin and I am lasering my underarms and Brazilian. After only 6 treatments for my underarm my hair doesn't grow back until after 6 weeks and it's so minimal. My underarm has also gotten lighter. I have completed 4 treatments for my Brazilian and my hair grows back very minimal again and after 3-4 weeks. So worth it! Modern Medi is always up-to-date with their technology; lasering hasn't been faster! Definitely would recommend them even if you don't live in the Durham Region!

Absolutely love Jessy! She is very skilled and provides great knowledge on the long-term care of your skin. The spa is very welcoming and I definitely recommend the chemical peels and micro needling 🙂 Always look forward to my visits.

From the moment I entered the spa, I was greeted by the staff which made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I was lead to the treatment room for my first IPL treatment. The staff was very professional and guided me step by step on what to expect....even going as far as testing the skin on my arm before proceeding with the treatment on my face. After three sessions, I can not express how fantastic my skin looked. My skin looked younger, no sun marks, glowing and so many people noticed as I received numerous compliments. Not only was the treatment a success, but the professionalism from the team, a clean facility, quality products and reasonable prices will only make me go back for more services. I rarely leave reviews, but Modern Medi Spa deserves 5 STARS!
